The project required cataloging existing water features and assessment of potential effects due to the construction of an office complex. Included in the report were wetland identification, stormwater influences, and assessment of historical creek bank level of a significant water source. Clackamas County Regional Law Enforcement Facility Wetland Delineation and Permit for Clackamas Community College, Oregon Conducted wetland delineation on DEQ Voluntary Hazardous Waste Clean-Up Site in Clackamas County, Oregon for proposed construction of a law enforcement facility and learning center. Procured USACE Section 404 Individual Permit and DSL wetland removal/fill permit. Designed and coordinated implementation of required Compensatory Mitigation Plan. Kelly Creek Stormwater Detention Facility for City of Gresham, Oregon Assisted in the evaluation and final design selection for a stormwater detention basin within the Kelly Creek Basin in Gresham, Oregon. Duties included wetland permitting and coordinating with project designers and regulatory personnel to reduce impacts to wetland areas and address anadromous fish concerns. LSI Logic Pipeline for LSI Logic, Gresham, Oregon Coordinated with project proponents and regulatory agencies to identify the most practicable alignment for the three phased, 3,000 linear foot process wastewater pipeline. Approximately 6.0 acres of wetlands were temporarily or permanently affected, as well as three stream crossings. In addition to procuring a State Wetland Removal/Fill and Federal Section 404 permits, worked with the cities of Gresham and Fairview to procure Goal 5 permits. On-Call Wetlands Support for Portland General Electric Company in Oregon Provided on-call wetland and environmental consulting services to Portland General Electric (PGE) for sites within the state of Oregon. On-call services were provided when requested by PGE and typically required immediate attention. Projects included sites in Clatskanie, Portland, Washington County, West Linn, Beaverton, and Clackamas County. Permitting for Dave Nichols Single Family Residence, Clackamas County, Oregon Procured USACE Section 404 Nationwide Permit and DSL wetland removal/fill permit for a single family residence in Clackamas County, Oregon. Site was actively used for forest practices and required compliance with current Forest Practices Act regulations. Coordinated with Clackamas County to assist developer in complying with local development codes. Public Safety and Training Center Wetland Mitigation Construction Monitoring for Clackamas Community College, Oregon Conducted on-site monitoring during construction of 3-acre wetland mitigation area associated with the development of a public safety and training center in Clackamas County, Oregon. Assisted in design of a monitoring schedule that provided educational opportunities for the Environmental Learning Center.
